The challenge
An industrial sandwich-panel roof with nine 15° slopes, and a factory in full operation. The goal was to make the most of the available area without drilling the roof or stopping production.
A 575 kW solar plant on the roof of the Prozis industrial unit, so the factory uses the energy it produces.

An industrial sandwich-panel roof with nine 15° slopes, and a factory in full operation. The goal was to make the most of the available area without drilling the roof or stopping production.
A self-consumption unit with 600.48 kWp of panels and 575 kW of grid connection. The project estimate points to around 800 MWh per year, produced and used on site.
In-house electrical design, signed by a chartered engineer, with a PVSol simulation to choose the number and orientation of modules on each slope.
864 modules of 695 Wp in 45 strings, connected to 5 Huawei SUN2000-115KTL-M2 inverters.
Modular aluminium structure clamped to the trapezoidal roof profile: no drilling at all.
Monitoring with SmartLogger and Smart Meter, to follow production and consumption remotely on a web platform.
